We want your experience with us to be straightforward and comfortable from the start.
These terms are here to explain how appointments, payments, and treatment work at the clinic - so there are no surprises.

Booking an Appointment
You can book an appointment in a way that suits you:
By phone
By email
Through our website
Via our online booking system (Cliniko)
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that plans change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged
Missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged
This helps us manage our time and offer appointments to other patients.
Payment
Payment is taken at the end of your appointment.
We accept:
Card payments
Bank transfer (BACS)
Cash
All card payments are processed securely through our payment systems.
Your Treatment
Before treatment begins, we will:
Carry out an assessment
Talk through your concerns and medical history
Explain your treatment options clearly
We’ll always make sure you’re comfortable with the plan before proceeding.
You’re free to ask questions at any time, and you can choose to stop treatment whenever you wish.
Results & Expectations
Everyone responds to treatment differently.
Our aim is to support your movement, comfort, and overall wellbeing - but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes.
If needed, we may suggest further care or refer you to another healthcare professional.
Your Responsibility
To help us provide the best care, we ask that you:
Provide accurate and up-to-date health information
Let us know about any changes in your condition
Follow any advice or recommendations where appropriate
Under 18s
We treat patients of all ages at the clinic.
Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone during treatment
Consent must be provided by a parent or guardian where appropriate
Safety & Liability
We take every reasonable step to provide safe and appropriate care.
However, we cannot be responsible for:
Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information
Failure to follow advice or recommendations
Outcomes outside of our control
Changes to These Terms
