Appointments & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes appointments need to be rearranged.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• Less than 24 hours notice:
  50% of the appointment fee may be charged

• Missed appointments (no-shows):
  100% of the appointment fee will be charged

Why This Policy Is in Place

Our appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

Late cancellations or missed appointments mean that time can’t always be offered to someone else who may need it.

This policy helps us:

• Keep the clinic running smoothly

• Offer appointments fairly to all patients

• Respect the time of both our practitioners and other patients
